Compressor Technology offers both series solutions for general industrial applications and individually designed systems for the gas, petrochemical, cooling and power generation industries.
For the gas and petrochemical industry, the company offers systems based on piston, screw and centrifugal compressors.

High speed reciprocating compressor:

used for high pressures up to 54.0 MPa
enable compression of any gases, including those with a sufficiently high content of corrosive components due to continuous improvement of the materials used in their design
used for field installations
with electric motors or gas engines, rated from 300 kW to 3 MW
the use of gas engines makes it possible to reduce consumption of electricity, which is usually in short supply at remote sites, and at the same time to use associated petroleum gas as fuel gas, thus reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere

Low-speed reciprocating compressor:

are used in oil and gas plants
comply with API 618 requirements
low speeds, extended lanterns, cooled cylinders, no oil in the compression chamber, etc.
allow the safest possible compression of difficult gases (hydrogen gas, ethylene, etc.)

Screw compressors:

mainly used for pumping large volumes of gas
lubricated or unlubricated versions are available
unlubricated (dry) are used when it is necessary to compress gas with a high content of heavy hydrocarbons
low mass and dimensions parameters in comparison to reciprocating compressors, no vertical dynamic loads, which allows optimization of construction costs by reducing the thickness of the foundation pillow
noisier, more wear-resistant due to the absence of friction pairs
compressors can be serviced quickly and do not require highly qualified personnel
before selecting the type of screw compressor, the company calculates the probability of condensation during the compression process.

Centrifugal compressor:

are used to pump the largest possible volumes of gas
allow a gas turbine to be installed as a drive and therefore increase the unit capacity of a single unit up to 24 MW
allow associated gas to be utilized as fuel gas, reducing electricity consumption and harmful emissions
maintenance-free due to the absence of friction pairs

Air compressors:

in general industrial version
depending on requirements, oil lubricated and oil-free (dry)

PSA

The company offers gas purification and separation plants based on pressure swing adsorption technology. A classic PSA plant consists of a pair of vessels (adsorbers) filled with a bulk substance - an adsorbent. The feed gas under pressure flows through the adsorber, which absorbs the non-target components, as a result the purified product gas leaves the adsorber. When paired, the adsorbers work alternately: while one adsorber absorbs impurities from the feed gas, the second adsorber is in regeneration mode. Regeneration of the desiccant is achieved either by reducing the pressure or by increasing the temperature. Typically, pressure reduction regeneration is used in PSA. Depending on the type of medium to be cleaned, the adsorbent and the operating mode of the unit will be selected.
